Why EVA?

EVA is an online training program designed for women, by three women. Created to meet the unique needs of your body, it considers your hormones, energy levels, and recovery at every stage of life. Train when and where it suits you, with workouts that focus on your well-being. EVA’s programs include HIIT, SIT, plyometrics, and heavy lifting, all designed to support and strengthen the female body.

EVA has significantly improved my strength training. The program is designed specifically for women and automatically generates my weights based on my personal records (PRs), so I no longer have to track them manually.
