About EVA

EVA is an online strength training program, created by three women with a shared love for movement, health, and resilience. We’re Kim Blewanus, Eva Blewanus, and Eva Nota, brought together by years of lifting side by side at CrossFit Zeeburg in Amsterdam, and driven by a deep passion to help women train in a way that truly supports their bodies.

With backgrounds in elite sports physiotherapy (Kim B. & Eva B.) and creative advertising (Eva N.), we’ve long dreamed of creating something together. Something that truly gives back.

That dream became urgent when both Kim B. and Eva B. entered medically induced menopause at 42 following breast cancer. Suddenly, what had always worked, the training, the recovery, the rhythm, stopped working.

It opened our eyes: the traditional fitness model is still built around male physiology. Women's bodies, our cycles, hormones, recovery needs, are too often overlooked. So we went deeper. We studied the latest research, followed experts like Dr. Stacy Sims, and redesigned strength training from the inside out, based on female physiology and lived experience.

Our mission is clear: women deserve training that supports their body, their energy, and their long-term health, at every stage of life.

That’s why we created EVA. A science-based, experience-driven program that helps women build strength that lasts, while boosting energy, supporting recovery, protecting bone health, and honoring the natural rhythms of the female body.
